Dr Říhová is an acclaimed Scholar, published writer and Director of Prague School of Creative
Communication. Former head of the Czech Department at Oxford University in London, she is
currently a member of the Institute of Czech Literature of the Academy of Sciences while lecturing on Bachelor, Master and Doctoral level. Her recently published novel, Through Pins or Needles, was
shortlisted for the Top Czech Fiction prize in 2022.
